Submission
Testing Phase
Participating teams must send their final models to the organizers as Docker containers for evaluation on the test dataset. Final ranking will determine the top winners, who will be invited for oral presentations. Final results and prizes will be announced on the STACOM workshop day.
The Docker submission system for testing validation is available on our platform from 15 August 2022. For instructions on preparing and uploading containers, see the Docker submission tutorial.
Validation Phase
Evaluation of the public validation dataset is available on the Synapse Platform from 6 July 2022.

Test Phase
STACOM workshop paper
Participants are invited to submit an 8-page manuscript describing the algorithm and results from the training and validation phases for consideration at the MICCAI STACOM Workshop 2022. Accepted challenge papers will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series by Springer (see previous STACOM proceedings).
Guidelines for paper submission
Use the Springer LNCS template for your manuscript: Springer LNCS template.
- Initial submissions must be anonymized and limited to 8 pages (text, tables, figures) plus up to 2 pages for references.
- All papers undergo peer review. Submit via the Springer submission system: Springer submission system — STACOM 2022 and choose the “CMRxMotion” category.
- A paper placeholder must be submitted before 15 July 2022. The manuscript may be updated before the official deadline (TBC).
- Your manuscript will be considered for publication only if you successfully submit the Docker container.
